The Catalyst for XenoDATA A decade ago, I took on a leadership role in data management at a mid-sized data processing company. Like many businesses, we lacked a clear framework for aligning data initiatives with business goals. Data efforts were siloed, and there was no clear roadmap for success. Traditional vendor solutions, while promising technical prowess, failed to bridge the gap between data governance and business execution. Seeing firsthand the challenges of fragmented data strategy, I knew there had to be a better way.
