The Data Leader Community
Four rules. That's it.
The community works because everyone in it shows up as a real person and treats the room as a safe place to say what's actually going on. These ground rules are what every member agrees to when they join the network. They are short on purpose.
Real name, real face, real role. That's what makes the directory worth anything. Anonymous accounts, stage names, and empty profiles defeat the point of a peer network.
Members talk about real challenges inside real organizations. No screenshots, no quotes, no "someone in a community told me" with a name attached. Share the lessons freely; never the identities or the details that reveal them.
Answer when you can help. Ask when you need one. No shame in either. A network of lurkers helps nobody; a network of people trading real experience is the most valuable room a data leader can be in.
Consultants and vendors are welcome as peers, under the same rules as everyone else. Cold pitches, spam, and recruiting without consent get you removed, without a warning.
XenoDATA administers the community and may remove any member who breaks these rules, at its discretion and without prior warning. Joining the member network constitutes agreement to these guidelines, alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
